You need to change the permissions on the folder:
/plugins/system/blueflame/cache
to allow PHP to write to that folder.
You will also probably need to change permissions on the following folders as well if you continue to have issues.
/plugins/system/blueflame/libs/smarty/template_c
/plugins/system/blueflame/libs/smarty/template_c/com_form
You MUST clear your cache as well after making these changes so that scripts can recompile and download.
